Lose Fat: follow GM diet plan

Have put on extra weight? Has a marriage to attend a week later and like everyone else, you want to look fab? You think only a magic wand can do that? No! A strict diet plan and dedication towards following it can do wonders even in a week. That is what gm diet plan claims to do! Gm diet plan is the diet plans followed by the employees of general motors and claim to lose as much as 10lbs in a week. It is very much similar to the normal diet plan one follows to lose weight. Few of which are:

• Strict adherence to fruits and green vegetables.
• Intake of lot of water.
• Cut down on calorie content and junk food.
• A proportion of every food item consumed.

However like other diet plans, gm diet plan solely depends on diet to lose weight. Exercise hardly finds any place. It further puts up a restriction on what fruits to eat in plenty and what to avoid, for example-banana to be avoided and intake of sufficient watermelons. Gm diet plan is a diet chart for a week which shows great results
